Brian Castro is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of FundPaaS, Inc. a Crowd Funding Platform as a Service that enables businesses of all stages to meet working capital needs by converting their customers into investors. Partnerships with the premier vendors servicing the crowdfunding industry make FundPaaS the system integrator of choice for entrepreneurs, small business owners, funding portals, and broker dealers. Previously, as a regulator, policy maker, and counsel to businesses, the Administration, Congress, the Judiciary, and FINRA, Brian has participated directly in all phases of the federal regulatory process.




Currently Kevin is a Co-Founder and CEO of Seedchange, an online platform allowing accredited investors to discover, research and invest in tech startups already carefully selected and analyzed by a team of legal and investment pros. Kevin founded The Vault, innovative startup ecosystem and a collaborative community ranked in the top 100 coworking spaces in the U.S. and voted San Francisco's #1 co-working space in LinkedIn.



Richard is responsible for managing the planning, development and implementation of assigned activities and programs associated with operational risk management for Bancwest, Bank of the West, First Hawaiian Bank and all US subsidiaries and branches of Banque Nationale de Paris Paribas (BNP Paribas) in support of meeting the company's regulatory commitments. He oversees the operational risk activities of compliance officers, policy managers, business continuity recovery and third party service provider coordinators.
